SHIPPING
Most orders placed before 11:59 AM in the Pacific time zone will be shipped out the same day excluding holidays and weekends. If an order is placed after 11:59 AM Pacific Time Zone the package(s) will be sent out the next possible business day. If the order is placed on a holiday or weekend your package will go out the next possible business day.

We use USPS or UPS as our carriers for most orders.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
You may return most unopened items within 14 days (two weeks) of delivery for a full refund provided they have been humidified during that time. If the return is due to an error on our behalf, we will arrange for return shipping. If this is not the case, it is your responsibility to ship the product back to us. Please contact us to discuss your situation. If you have requested a refund and it has been approved, expect to receive your refund within 14 days (two weeks) of handing over your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit/shipping time to us from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes our merchant to process your return (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).
